The timetable of the Dance Classes is:
Monday
6:15pm: Latino Dance
7:20pm: heels Dance(please bring heels which you feel comfortable in)
8:30pm: Strength and Flexibility for dancing. (Please bring your own Yoga mat)
Tuesday
6:15pm: Freestyle Dance
7:20pm: Oriental fusion Dance
8:30pm: Flexibility and Floor work for dancing (Please bring your own Yoga mat)
